You can. Babe Basic is built for a first time and starts from the easiest version of every exercise. There is no test at the door and nobody is watching how you do.

One workout is thirty to sixty minutes, four to five times a week. You pick the hour, and the plan does not expire that day.

Nothing is lost. The workouts wait for you and you carry on where you stopped. The only clock running is your access, counted from the day you buy.

Ask your doctor before you start. The workouts are informational and do not replace a medical examination. The same goes if you have an injury or a chronic condition, if you take medication, or if you have been inactive for a while.

You do not. Your measurements and weight stay with you and never go to the community. Sharing milestones is switched off in settings.

No. The program comes with a nutrition guide, with guidelines and a shopping list. It is help, not a rule.

Basic is the starting point, Boost is a step up, Beast is the hardest of the three. If you are just starting, you take them in order.

You do every workout together with me, from start to finish. The exercises, the sets, the order and the rests are already there: you just press play and follow.

Babe Basic 45 days, Babe Boost 45 days, Babe Beast 45 days, Babe Ultimate 90 days. The length depends on the package and counts from the day you buy.

Four to five a week. The schedule is already built, you do not choose it yourself.

The programs are built around just three pieces of kit: two dumbbells, a resistance band and a mat.

You can. The workouts work at home and in a gym, with the same equipment.

It is not. You pay once and there is nothing to cancel later.

You make an account, pick a program and pay. Access opens the moment the payment goes through, with nobody to approve it.

You can, within fourteen days of the purchase and without giving a reason. Write to office@babebody.rs and the money goes back the same way you paid, at the latest fourteen days after your message.

By card, in the app. Stripe handles the payment; we never see or store your card details.

Ultimate is all three programs in one package, with longer access. That is why it costs less than the three bought separately.

Your account stays, but the program content closes until you buy again. Nothing is ever charged on its own.

You do not. The app runs in a browser, on a phone and on a computer, at app.babebody.rs.

You can. You log measurements and weight, while finished workouts, the weekly goal and your streak count themselves.
